Felix Elstner is admitted as an attorney at law in Austria and represents private individuals as well as companies in complex proceedings before authorities and courts. His advice is process oriented and strategically aligned, with a particular focus on cross border matters and international interfaces.

He handles mandates primarily in economic crime matters as well as in civil litigation and commercial disputes, and regularly works on matters with an international dimension, for example in the area of mutual legal assistance and extradition, in international business relationships, or in multi jurisdictional procedural constellations. Further areas of focus include international asylum and immigration law as well as family law with cross border elements.
