Bernhard Mörk

Bernhard Mörk completed his Master’s degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2024, with a particular focus on investment protection law. During his studies, he gained international experience at the University of St. Gallen, specializing in international business law, and was awarded the THEMIS certificate following a seminar at Bocconi University in Milan, highlighting his international and interdisciplinary legal training.

He gained practical experience working with several law firms throughout his studies and during his training as a legal associate and completed his court practice in 2025.

Mr. Mörk currently works as a legal associate, advising and representing clients in various areas of law, with a particular focus on civil and criminal law.
