Diba worked in the legal department of an Iranian Oil and Gas company for four years where she was responsible for drafting contracts and assisting with dispute settlements.

Additionally, she served as a legal counsel for several start-ups. Diba is also the founder of an application focused on facilitating the hiring of lawyers in the region.
