WHAT WE DO
Our core focus lies in the management and resolution of commercial disputes.
We assist and represent during all stages of the dispute resolution process striving to develop actionable legal strategies to match our clients’ aspirations in wide-ranging industry sectors.
Many of our cases have been referred to us by other attorneys.
We are also often asked to act as co-counsel in commercial arbitrations and litigations around the globe.
OBLIN is always happy to consider applications from talented, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals with an international outlook who are looking to build upon their legal skills by meaningfully contributing to the firm’s work.
We are also inviting applications for an internship with us from students preferably with experience in international law and native (at least fluent) English language.
Our law internship responsibilities range from document research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and using various legal strategies to complete assigned tasks. This is your chance to gain invaluable experience and learn more about working in the competitive field of law.
We are a close-knit team, and everyone plays a meaningful role in representing the firm’s interests. If you feel like this speaks to you, please send your application via e-mail to [email protected]
We are proud to continue our support for Mary´s Meals in 2022 and 2023; sponsoring the school of Gumbilwe in Zambia means providing a meal a day for 282 students throughout the year.
Mary´s Meals is a charity with a simple idea that works: by providing one good meal in a place of learning, children are drawn into the classroom where they can receive an education that could one day free them from poverty. The vision is that every child receives one daily meal in their place of education; by working together, that can be achieved in this world of plenty.
