Conference Report: IR Global ‘On the Road’ Singapore 2026

Klaus and Lucija from Team OBLIN recently attended the ‘On the Road’ conference, held from 10 to 14 March 2026, hosted at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay.
The conference offered a great mix of presentations, roundtable discussions, and social events. A particular highlight for our firm was the second meeting of the Arbitration Committee, following its inaugural session in Berlin. Klaus, as a founding member of the committee, contributed to what turned out to be an engaging and productive discussion, with especially insightful points shared during the presentation from Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Another memorable experience was the visit to the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC), giving us a firsthand understanding of Singapore’s approach to international dispute resolution.
The conference officially closed with a reception aboard the Royal Albatross, Singapore’s award-winning tall ship, offering a spectacular view of the city skyline. On the last day, we joined a cultural trail exploring Singapore’s main historic districts: Chinatown Singapore, Little India Singapore, and Kampong Glam, a fantastic way to wrap up the week.
