8th ICC India Conference in New Delhi

OBLIN attorneys at law attended the ICC conference held on 28 February 2026, which brought together 238 dispute resolution professionals from 17 countries, including practitioners and representatives of the ICC, for a day of discussions and networking.
The program featured sessions on strategic risk management for Indian businesses, a presentation by Jus Mundi, practical insights on dealing with defaulting parties, and a lively debate on India’s arbitration modernization under the BCI Rules.
The event also included a presentation by Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC, on the updated ICC Arbitration Rules, which will take effect in June 2026.
Overall, the event was a great opportunity to stay up to date with recent developments in arbitration in India and to connect with colleagues from different jurisdictions.
