Seller and Buyer entered a sales contract. The contract provided that the cargo was for collection between August and September Year X. It also stated that the costs for Financing of Stockholding and for Cargo Insurance were owed to Seller if the cargo was not collected by the deadline. The Buyer took delivery of half of the cargo between October of Year X and January of Year X+1. After multiple requests to Buyer to take delivery of the remaining half, Seller sold it to a third party in November of Year X+1. Subsequently, Seller initiated ICC
