Nikita Goriaev

Nikita worked as a legal counsel at Raiffeisen Bank (Russia), where he provided legal advice on insolvency, finance, civil, and corporate law matters. 

Nikita was admitted to practice in Russia. Nikita was actively involved in the I. Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot as a member of Lomonosov Moscow State University team, where he and his teammates prepared memorandums for Claimant and Respondent. He was also selected to the Saarland University team for the 32nd Willem Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. 

Nikita specializes in insolvency, civil, corporate and EU law. He is currently developing his expertise in international commercial and investment arbitration.
