David Zellinger

David Zellinger brings extensive experience and expertise in football law, having previously served as the sole in-house legal counsel for an internationally active football club from Austria. He is a licensed FIFA Agent and a graduate of the UEFA Football Law Programme.

His core areas of specialization include drafting and negotiating all sorts of contracts for clubs, players and agents (e.g. transfer agreements, sponsorship agreements, commission agreements) as well as handling disputes before the FIFA Football Tribunal or the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) between such actors.

In addition, Mr. Zellinger has many years of litigation experience before Austrian courts in the fields of civil law, contract law, data protection law and (administrative) criminal law.
