會議報告：IR 全球仲裁委員會啟動儀式 - 2025 年柏林

2025 年 9 月 13 日至 16 日，IR Global 年度會議Legacy in Motion 在柏林舉行，來自世界各地的 400 多名會員參加了此次會議。歐柏林律師事務所有幸成為今年年會的主要贊助商，突顯本所對於跨境合作及國際爭議解決的堅定承諾。

IR Global內部仲裁的新起點

IR Global仲裁委員會的正式成立是本次會議的一個重要時刻。在 Nicolò Manzini 的主持下，來自各大洲的三十位仲裁從業員參加了成立大會。這個新成立的論壇反映了 IR Global 對仲裁在國際商業和爭議解決中的核心作用的認可。

用 Manzini 先生的話來說，啟動會是「巨大的成功」，讓人「看到了這個團體帶來的巨大潛力 」。

創始成員的貢獻

有幾位成員在塑造委員會的基礎上扮演了決定性的角色，其中包括

  • Roger Canals
  • Howard Colman
  • Wissam Mghazli
  • Klaus Oblin

二十多位仲裁專家的貢獻豐富了此次會議的內容，他們多樣化的專業知識和觀點為委員會未來的工作奠定了堅實的基礎。

展望未來

仲裁委員會的成立標誌著 IR Global 網絡中一個令人振奮的新篇章。其目標包括

  • 促進仲裁專業人士之間的知識交流；
  • 發展跨境爭議解決的最佳實踐；
  • 支持聯合出版、思想領導和推薦；
  • 加強 IR Global 在國際仲裁方面的服務。

儘管前方充滿挑戰，但柏林會議清楚表明，大家都有共同的動力和決心將這項倡議變為持久的成功。對於 OBLIN 而言，無論是作為年會的主要贊助商，還是作為新委員會的積極貢獻者，這一發展再次肯定了我們在國際仲裁和訴訟中作為值得信賴的合作夥伴的角色。
