- Recent successes:
- We successfully supported an Austrian technical engeneering company against a Chinese railroad company in two arbitrations (ICC and CIETAC) revolving around breaches of contract and IP-theft.
- Representing Cyprus stocktraders as defandants, we successfully contested lawsuits brought by German and Austrian investors before German and Austrian courts.
- We were acting as counsel in successful Austrian litigation on behalf of claimant concerning delay and disruption, prolongation costs, backcharge claims and liquidated damages claims (lumber industry).
