What we do

Our core focus lies in the management and resolution of commercial disputes.

We assist and represent during all stages of the dispute resolution process striving to develop actionable legal strategies to match our clients’ aspirations in wide-ranging industry sectors.

Many of our cases have been referred to us by other attorneys. We are also often asked to act as co-counsel in commercial arbitrations and litigations around the globe.

Our fields of expertise

  • Arbitration

While most arbitrations revolve around commercial disputes, arbitration is also the dispute-resolution mechanism of choice for international investment as well as sports disputes.

  • Litigation

We try domestic and international cases, both before national and international courts and tribunals. Our lawyers routinely handle complex commercial litigation matters across industries and jurisdictions.

  • Enforcement

When it comes to enforcing judgments or arbitral awards, we identify assets, develop cross-border enforcement strategies, and coordinate legal work across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Strategic conflict mangement

Early Case Evaluation can be instrumental in finding a quick and cost-efficient solution.

  • White collar crime

We advise on all aspects of white collar crime and corporate criminal law, providing services of both legal prosecution and defense.

Philantropy

OBLIN has been supporting the school of Gumbilwe in Zambia since 2022.

We are proud to continue our support for Mary´s Meals since 2022; sponsoring the school of Gumbilwe in Zambia means providing a meal a day for 282 students throughout the year.

Mary´s Meals is a charity with a simple idea that works: by providing one good meal in a place of learning, children are drawn into the classroom where they can receive an education that could one day free them from poverty. The vision is that every child receives one daily meal in their place of education; by working together, that can be achieved in this world of plenty.
