Dr Klaus Oblin, LLM
Depuis de nombreuses années, Klaus Oblin représente avec succès des entreprises et des entités étatiques de premier plan.
Il se distingue dans les procédures transfrontalières où des questions politiquement sensibles rencontrent des questions commerciales et a été régulièrement engagé en tant que conseiller principal et arbitre dans un certain nombre d'arbitrages de grande envergure en vertu de diverses règles internationalement reconnues.
Fort de son expérience pratique en droit civil et en common law, il est réputé pour sa capacité à diriger simultanément des équipes issues de plusieurs juridictions.
Klaus est membre du conseil d'administration et du comité directeur de plusieurs associations internationales de cabinets d'avocats indépendants : Président de EMEA Primerus, comité directeur de Int'l Arbitration IR Global; comité directeur de Dispute Resolution BOKS; vice-président du Euro-American Lawyers Group; comités d'arbitrage et de contentieux de l'IBA.
